KeyAg Kubota, a well-established agricultural, industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Red Deer is expanding our team! We are looking for an Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician. We'll also consider 2nd year or higher apprentices.

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Consistently perform high-quality service repairs
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues
- Participate in manufacturers' training; commitment to continual learning
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers; customer satisfaction is your top priority!
- Handling customer concerns immediately according to the dealership's guidelines
- Comply with legislative and company health & safety regulations
What we need from you:
- 2+ years experience as a Journeyman Agricultural Technician, or
- Journeyman HET with a minimum 2 years agricultural experience
- Will consider 2nd year or higher apprentices
- Provide your own tools; specialty tools are provided
- Have a respectful and positive attitude; strong communication and organizational skills
- Team focused, but able to work independently
- Analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Driven to learn new technology
- A drivers abstract that meets company insurance approval
- Strong spoken and written English
Wage is dependent on experience - Journeyman rate starts at $38/hour
