Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems,for order processing and payment handling
- Manage cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and transaction processing
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in kitchen operations as needed, supporting team members during busy periods
- Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely service during peak hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems s
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food industry operations and upselling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
