'Fight Fitness' is seeking a dynamic Fitness Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives at our studio in. Based in Markham, this role is vital in expanding our reach and empowering more individuals to achieve their health goals through innovative fitness solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Promote our comprehensive fitness programs through targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Fight Fitness at community events and networking opportunities
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the fitness or health industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
- Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
