```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape lead hand to join our team. As the Landscape lead hand, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of landscape projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of landscape construction.
```Responsibilities```
- lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily tasks and assignments for the crew
- installation of landscape features such as interlock, retainging walls,masonary etc.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and design plans
- Monitor the progress of projects, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in landscape construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of plant materials, and hardscape installation
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
