Description:
A new collision and detailing facility at Kennedy & Sheppard is hiring a Lot Manager to keep vehicle flow and shop operations running smoothly. This is a key role for someone organized, energetic, and able to keep a busy shop moving from intake through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle intake, parking, and lot organization to maximize space and workflow
- Track vehicles through each stage of repair — intake, estimate, repair, paint, detail, delivery
- Coordinate vehicle movement between bays, technicians, and the detail department
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle location and repair status
- Communicate with estimators, technicians, and front office on vehicle timelines
- Conduct intake inspections and document vehicle condition with photos
- Move vehicles safely around the lot and into bays
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with customer vehicle pickup and drop-off coordination
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean abstract (required — constant vehicle movement)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles an asset
- Previous experience in a collision shop, dealership, or automotive environment preferred
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience with shop management software (Mitchell, CCC ONE, Audatex)
- Prior lot or production coordination experience
- Familiarity with collision repair workflow
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
