Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Community Outreach & Partnership Representative to represent JB-Publishers Ltd in Edmonton and surrounding communities while also helping us build relationships online with clients and organizations around the world.
This is a flexible Independent Contractor position, ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, marketing services, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Business Outreach
* Represent JB-Publishers Ltd professionally at all times.
* Visit churches, ministries, schools, colleges, universities, businesses, community organizations, libraries, conferences, networking events, trade shows, shopping centres, and other public venues.
* Introduce JB-Publishers Ltd and explain our publishing and creative services.
* Build partnerships with pastors, bishops, evangelists, missionaries, churches, Christian organizations, authors, speakers, entrepreneurs, journalists, influencers, educators, coaches, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
* Distribute brochures, business cards, flyers, and promotional materials.
* Identify individuals and organizations interested in publishing books or working with JB-Publishers Ltd.
* Schedule consultations and appointments for prospective clients.
Online Outreach
* Promote JB-Publishers Ltd through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
* Contact potential authors, churches, ministries, organizations, businesses, and professionals worldwide.
* Research new partnership opportunities locally and internationally.
* Respond professionally to inquiries and introduce our services.
* Build relationships with international clients and publishing partners.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities.
* Submit weekly outreach and progress reports.

Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, and self-motivated.
* Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Sales, customer service, marketing, ministry, or community outreach experience is an asset.
* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Schedule
* Independent Contractor
* Flexible schedule
* Approximately 5 hours per week (about 20 hours per month)
Compensation
* Hourly compensation (as advertised)
* Performance bonuses and referral commissions may be available for successful partnerships and signed publishing projects.
