Job Summary
We are seeking a Truck Coordinator for our manufacturing client in Saskatchewan. This position is based in Regina, with a mix of on-site and home office work.
The Truck Coordinator keeps fertilizer moving from the warehouse on time, safely and at the right cost. Working closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams, this role manages the carrier network and coordinates truck activity across multiple warehouses to support our client's growing transportation network.
Duties
- Manage the carrier network, including onboarding, relationships, rates, audits and performance tracking.
- Coordinate truck transportation across multiple warehouses, optimizing scheduling, carrier allocation and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations, including customs requirements and audits.
- Support contract execution and shipment planning, working with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer commitments.
- Oversee reporting, system data (SOMS) and financial processes, including netbacks, fuel surcharges and invoicing accuracy.
- Partner with teams across the business — Accounts Payable, rail and customs brokers — to resolve issues, support planning and keep operations safe and efficient.
Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another related field. Equivalent combinations of education and truck logistics experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in truck logistics with the proven ability to coordinate transportation activities effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, multitasking and organizational skills.
- A team-first, supportive approach.
- Solid customer service skills.
- ERP experience, preferably SAP.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel.

Pay: $74,548.00-$111,822.00 per hour
