About the Role
We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and support our construction crews on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects. This role is responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating crew activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on landscape construction experience, leadership ability, and the confidence to manage job site challenges while maintaining productivity and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on residential and commercial job sites.
- Interpret and execute work based on construction drawings, grades, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily site activities including crew direction, material requirements, equipment needs, and workflow planning.
- Communicate daily progress updates, site challenges, and schedule impacts with Construction Managers.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to company quality standards.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites, enforcing company safety policies and OHSA compliance.
- Operate and oversee the use of landscape construction equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, compactors, and power tools.
- Troubleshoot site conditions and adjust work plans to maintain productivity and project momentum.
- Mentor and train crew members on construction techniques, safety expectations, and quality workmanship.
- Complete required health and safety documentation including JSAs, site inspections, and incident reports.
- Accurately submit digital crew timesheets to support payroll processing and job costing.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and the public.
- Report directly to assigned job sites and support overall team success as required.
