Front of House (FOH) Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The FOH Manager will lead daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth service flow, and strong team performance. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Train, coach, and schedule FOH staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor floor operations to maximize efficiency, table turns, and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the BOH team to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
- Manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
- Contribute to promotions, events, and seasonal offerings to drive sales.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and standard restaurant procedures.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
