Super Save Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, a supporting role for operations. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the efficiency and safety of our fleet.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of fleet vehicle management practices and maintenance principles.
- Valid Class 3 BC Driver’s License.
- Intermediate proficiency in heavy-duty mechanics; Heavy Duty Red Seal certification is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of NSC regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fleet management or similar role.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Physically able to lift over 70 lbs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance crew to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate yard operations and maintain communication with company mechanics.
- Work closely with Head Office to ensure all vehicles remain in regulatory compliance.
- Maintain parts inventory and ensure availability of required supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for maintenance needs.
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure fleet availability targets, including truck uptime, are met or exceeded.
- Actively participate in the company’s Health & Safety Program.
