We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about working in Medical Aesthetics and delivering best-in-class customer service to the clients. The new hire must be able to work in both Burnaby and North Vancouver locations.
As the successful candidate you are:
- High energy, optimistic, driven to succeed and great at working with others
- A friendly team player who has a passion for life
- A hardworking, resourceful person with effective problem solving skills
- An excellent communicator with both clients and team members
- Minimum 1-year experience in Medical Aesthetics
- Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
- Willing to travel to both locations in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and flexible to adapt to schedule
- Provide excellent skin consultations and market/promote our services to our clients
- Contribute to practice success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow up on and manage new leads
- Sell proprietary skin care products and treatments

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
