We are looking for a Team Lead with a proven track record of building great software and helping engineers do their best work. You'll lead our Experience Team, responsible for the core web and mobile experiences that thousands of field workers and dispatchers rely on every day.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow engineers to delivery high-quality features, guide architectural decisions and continuously improve how the team works. You’ll foster a culture of engineering excellence through coaching, mentorship and pragmatic decision-making, helping the team build simple, reliable solutions that create real value for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example as an active contributor, designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software across our web, mobile, and back-end platforms.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design, guiding the team toward simple, practical, and scalable solutions while building alignment around technical decisions.
- Keep the team organized by proactively managing priorities, dependencies, delivery risks, and technical blockers throughout the sprint.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other engineering teams, serving as the primary representative for your team in cross-functional discussions.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, technical guidance, and career development conversations, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
- Ensure smooth, high-quality releases by coordinating deployment, testing, monitoring, and cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of related work experience after graduation, including experience in software architecture and DevOps practices
- Strong expertise with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management, especially for a SaaS platform at scale
- Solid understanding of domain-driven design principles and application architecture
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience optimizing database performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Comfort with at least some of our technologies: C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript, SQL, Dart/Flutter, Vue.js

Pay: $79,038.69-$173,088.70 per year
