Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This is a hands on role that requires attending customer sites to physically measure conveyors and assist in providing a scope of work and is therefore more suited to people comfortable in steel toe boots and safety glasses, who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, aligning with company policies and client expectations
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies
- Lead or participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections
