Top Tier Concepts is a growing construction and landscaping company serving Ste. Anne, Winnipeg, Steinbach, Niverville, and surrounding communities. We are looking for motivated Seasonal General Labourers to join our team for the busy construction season.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deck and fence construction
- Landscaping, grading, sod, and topsoil installation
- Loading and unloading materials
- Site cleanup and organization
- Operating hand and power tools
- Assisting with excavation and general construction projects
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a professional work environment
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Construction or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
