Committed to excellence, the Manager, Ticket & Premium Sales is responsible for meeting and exceeding the ongoing revenue targets for all ticket & premium seating areas in the Rogers Forum. The Manager, Ticket & Premium Sales works closely with the Senior Manager, Ticket & Premium Sales & Membership Service on the development and implementation of departmental strategic plans and supporting tactical and operational plans for Full Season, Flex, Partial and Group Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute product sales plan to include full season, partial season and group tickets
- Coach, lead, and mentor the sales department towards hitting the department goals and team members’ individual development plans
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement technology tools (example CRM)
- Work closely with Abbotsford executives on initiatives that align to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Work closely with other premium sales personnel on supporting sales goals and retention plans
- Support overall department member, premium service and renewal strategies
- Serve as a committed and responsible member of the ticketing team, contributing to the strategic planning process

- Support overall department member, premium service and renewal strategies
- Serve as a committed and responsible member of the premium sales team, contributing to the strategic planning process
- Development of new client lists and prospects for all premium seating products
- Researching, reporting, providing input, and being accountable for the rental suites revenue and expense budgets
- Develop strong professional relationships with all of our suite holders along with all other premium seating areas in Abbotsford Centre, to meet standards of excellence and guarantee renewals
- Support the Premium Experience team on the retention of clients and annual renewals
- Work closely with hospitality department, Impark, Security, Housekeeping, and Operation/Maintenance on suite/event related issues
- Contribute to the overall strategies for annual Business Planning within the Sales department
- Special projects as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or diploma in hospitality management or sport management
- Premium Sales experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
