4G Motorsports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing finance department. Duties
- Manage and respond to incoming finance leads
- Structure and close prime and subprime finance deals
- Build strong relationships with lending institutions
- Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals
- Guide customers through the financing process from application to delivery
- Present finance products and protection packages
- Ensure all financing documentation is accurate and compliant
- Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and finance targets
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process
Skills
- Previous automotive or powersports finance experience preferred
- Experience working with banks and lending institutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
