EXPERIENCED RVT WANTED — $30+/HR

We’re looking for an experienced RVT to join our team in Lethbridge. Someone who knows their stuff, takes pride in their work, loves animals, and enjoys working with a team that knows how to work hard and have a laugh.
What you’ll be doing:
· Patient advocate - provide excellent care and catch the little things that matter.
· Channel your inner detective - take thorough histories, perform TPRs, and know when something doesn’t look quite right.
· Tour guide for clients - confidently explain treatment plans, estimates, and financial considerations.
· Master anesthesiologist - induce, monitor, troubleshoot, recover and keep your patients safe and comfortable.
· Work your dental magic - clean, polish, radiograph, and make those mouths happy.
· Be a surgical side kick - prep, assist, and stay one step ahead.
· Satisfy your thirst for poking things - diagnostics, lab work, catheters, treatments, and everything in between.
· Engage teacher mode - answer questions, explain the why, and help clients feel confident going home.
There’s more, of course, but as a seasoned RVT you already know the job is about more than what fits neatly into a bullet-point list.
Who we’re looking for:
A well-versed RVT who is confident in their skills, takes initiative, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing great work. We’re looking for that special RVT who can read the room, understand the flow of veterinary medicine, has solid judgment and knows what needs to happen next to keep the day running smoothly.
