6 | four Collective is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Website Development & Digital Marketing Sales Executive to help expand our growing client portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering business opportunities, and helping companies grow through professionally designed websites, strategic digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and ongoing marketing support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing prospective clients, and guiding businesses through the process of improving their online presence. This position offers uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate leads and book meetings with business owners, decision-makers, and organizations seeking website development and digital marketing services.
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present and sell website design packages, SEO services, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, branding, content creation, email marketing, and ongoing marketing retainers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences and long-term retention.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and successful campaign execution.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, monitor pipeline performance, and forecast revenue.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, website technologies, AI tools, and competitor offerings.
- Represent 6 | four Collective professionally at networking events, industry functions, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, website sales, advertising sales, or a related business development role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
- Understanding of websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, branding, and digital marketing strategies is considered a strong asset.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required.
