Office Admin Assistant needed for a wholesale company located in Surrey, BC
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing front desk activities, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry is essential, along with clerical experience to support daily administrative tasks.
- Your ability to maintain organized filing systems and assist with accounting tasks using QuickBooks will enhance our team's efficiency.
Ideal profile:
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must have basic accounting knowledge
- Must have office working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, and MS Word
- Organized, Punctual and Fast Learner.
- Able to multi task and work independently.
- Fluent in Speaking and writing English.
- Office Hours, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM, No weekends or evening shifts. NO PART TIme, this is a FULL TIME JOB
