Inverse Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who can confidently run commercial projects from start to finish.
We're a commercial plumbing contractor specializing in dental clinics, cafés, daycares, tenant improvements, repipes, and other unique commercial projects. We take pride in doing quality work, building strong client relationships, and creating a team people actually enjoy working with.
If you're the kind of plumber who enjoys taking ownership, mentoring apprentices, and keeping projects moving, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
- Run commercial plumbing projects from rough-in through completion
- Plan materials and keep jobs organized
- Read drawings and solve problems in the field
- Deliver clean, professional installations that you can be proud of
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Plumber
- Experience leading commercial projects
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience with tenant improvements is an asset
- Medical, dental, restaurant, daycare or commercial renovation experience is a bonus—but not required
