About the Opportunity
This position is part of the Effortless Beauté Career Development Program, a structured two-year Independent Contractor pathway focused on technical excellence, business development, leadership, and long-term career success.
During your journey, you'll receive comprehensive education, mentorship, and hands-on training while building your clientele in a supportive luxury environment.

What You'll Do
- Perform customized facial treatments designed to address each client's unique skincare concerns and goals
- Perform facial waxing services, including brows, lip, chin, cheeks, and full-face waxing
- Conduct professional skin consultations and facial analyses
- Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare recommendations
- Recommend professional home care products and treatment upgrades to help clients achieve and maintain exceptional results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment that reflects our luxury brand standards
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience during every appointment
- Uphold sanitation, infection prevention, and safety standards
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and professionalism
