Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced body shop Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the process by accurately assessing costs and ensuring that all estimates align with company standards and client expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of autobody and collision knowledge , skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively,
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to develop comprehensive pricing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and prices with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks or challenges that may impact costs.
- Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, revisions, and communications related to pricing.
- evaluate dameged vehicle,and collaborate whith tecnition to make sure the necessary repairs are done.
Provide support during the process by answering questions from clients and clarifying project details.
Skills
- Must be knowledgeable with mitchell and audatex estimating
- understanding the autobody collision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,911.22-$70,000.00 per year
