Job Description:
As a Driveway Sealing Technician, you will be responsible for applying sealant to residential driveways to ensure long-lasting protection and improved curb appeal. You'll work with a team to prep and apply sealant, ensuring that every job is done to the highest standard and meets our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare driveways for sealing, including cleaning, repairing cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth.
- Apply high-quality commercial grade driveway sealant to asphalt driveways using specialized equipment.
- Maintain and operate sealing equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines for all tasks to ensure quality and safety.
- Interact professionally with clients, answering any questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in driveway sealing, construction, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
