Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a management services company supporting international clients in the emergency vehicle equipment market, as well as an independent sales organization offering quality specialty products to the Canadian Law Enforcement, Fire-EMT, Public Works and the Construction sectors. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields. Fluency in English is required. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth, building customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new markets and potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales within a B2B environment preferred.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, or account management roles.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Background in marketing or technology sales is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $35,700.00-$50,000.00 per year
