About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy individual to join our Penticton team for 2 days a week. This is an entry-level position with huge growth potential — perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to expand their skills. Potential for additional hours in our Kelowna or Vernon locations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Repair cell phones, tablets, and computers in a timely manner
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working alone or in a team
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service (required)
- Experience in computer or wireless device repair (preferred)
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to sales and customer service
- Ability to diagnose issues, assess risks, and offer clear solutions
- Punctual, reliable, and goal-oriented
Assets:
- Certifications in computer/electronics repair or wireless sales
- Sales and customer service training
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Desire to grow within the company
