Position Summary:
- Report to Customer Service Manager.
- Coordinate customer requests with internal departments as the point of contact.
- Follow through internal processes for each order to fully satisfy customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance for accurate customer invoicing & payments as per payment terms.
Typical Duties:
- Communicate timely & accurately with customers about orders progress & delivery schedule.
- Understand production processes to provide accurate replies to customer inquiries.
- Serve as the link between customers and internal departments.
- Ensure orders pricing and shipments are aligned with company policies and customer needs.
- Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) process–as the owner of RMA process.
- Process change orders, cancellations, and price validations.
- Assist customers with exchange of required documents and provide necessary information.
- Verify customer documents and orders, and record them according to corporate policies.
- Issue official Order Acceptance and Sales Order Acknowledgement to customers.
- Proactively be responsible for processing each customer order with accuracy and timely.
- Fully understand Order Desk and Customer Service processes.
Education:
Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
Experience:
3-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferably in technical manufacturing
Skills:
- Effective organizational skills
- Attentive to details
- Experienced with ERP, MRP, CRM business applications
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft suite: MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
