Overview
We're a growing property management company specializing in single-family homes, and we're looking for a reliable, people-first Property Manager to join our team.
This is a primarily work-from-home role—most of your day is handled from your home office, with occasional visits to properties we manage in and around the Edmonton area when a situation calls for a hands-on touch.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate maintenance with contractors and follow repairs through to completion.
- Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate tenant, owner, and property records.
- Assist with preparing owner statements, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Create and manage rental advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Respond to rental inquiries and help coordinate property showings.
- Assist with tenant applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Support the Senior Property Manager with the daily management of the property portfolio.
- Conduct occasional property visits, inspections, and contractor meetings as required.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience with a focus on customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Experience with data entry, record management, and property management software, especially Buildium, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and phone etiquette.
- Experience in customer relationship management to foster positive tenant interactions.
- Knowledge of property management practices, including lease procedures and maintenance coordination.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
