Summary
We’re seeking a motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our construction team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing electrical construction projects—or a driven new graduate ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of change orders, budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Experience with construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings)
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
