Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers with a friendly, patient, and professional attitude while providing outstanding customer service.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with orders.
Create and edit artwork using CorelDRAW.
Receive, inspect, and ship products. Verify order information, follow up on backorders, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
Organize and maintain attractive showroom displays of apparel, hats, and promotional products, with a strong focus on visual merchandising.
Stay current with apparel and fashion trends and assist with visual merchandising to create attractive and engaging product displays.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who stays calm under pressure, has a positive attitude, is emotionally mature, dependable, and consistently arrives to work on time.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
Efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using computers. Experience with CorelDRAW is preferred.
An interest in apparel, hats, fashion trends, and visual merchandising.
Schedule
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
No weekends
