Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records within a professional environment. Position is part time, approximately 15 hrs a week.
Duties
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and creating Purchase Orders within our accounting software Jonas Enterprise. (Training provided).
- Handle filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry, and filing
- Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable roles is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
