We are hiring for a full time Barista! Join our team!!
The barista is responsible for serving all coffee and food products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Barista's are also responsible for:
- Completing tasks in all areas of the cafe (Coffee, Food, Dishwashing, Daily Restock, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and friendly atmosphere to ensure the best possible experience and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring the adherence of Café standards, policies and procedures.
- Dealing with customer issues or concerns and communicating these with the Manager.
The barista fulfills any other duties the Cafe Manager assigns and represents The Whitebark Cafe & The Banff Aspen Lodge in a professional manner.
Successful applicants must have:
- Barista experience or a passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in food service a bonus but not required.
- The attitude to work with a team or independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for serving quality products and maximizing guest satisfaction.
