Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Rebar Detailer / Project Coordinator (Bilingual) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing complex construction projects, coordinating detailed rebar drawings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a comprehensive understanding of construction and drafting software. Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and review of rebar detailing drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks.
- Coordinate project workflows between design teams, fabrication shops, and construction sites to ensure timely delivery of detailed drawings.
- Develop accurate schematics, 2D animations, and technical documentation for reinforcement steel components.
- Utilize SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and other industry-specific tools to enhance project visualization and planning.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications throughout the detailing process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects during the drafting phase to resolve technical issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and Schematics drafting tools.
- Strong experience with SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, 2D animation, and other visualization platforms.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required for effective communication across diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, structural detailing, and reinforcement steel fabrication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
