Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing clinic. The ideal candidate will provide manipulation of soft tissue and joints to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs and goals. this includes Swedish, trigger point therapy, fascial work and other modalities
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals and expectations
- Maintain accurate client records
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend follow-up treatments/treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines as instructed by the CMTO's standards of practice.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction and know when to refer out.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with the CMTO
- Prior experience providing massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but new grads are welcomed!
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures, address client concerns, and promote wellness programs
70/30 split that can only increase from increased hands on hours

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
