What You’ll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the face of My Calgary Plumber, responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers. Your role includes:
- Ability to service and install furnaces and A/C is an asset
- Diagnosing & repairing residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.).
- Installing & servicing plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.).
- Educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering solutions.
- Upselling maintenance plans to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Ensuring a 5-star customer experience by keeping workspaces clean and explaining work performed.
- Using technology (iPad & ServiceTitan) to document jobs, estimates, and invoices.
- Driving a company vehicle, keeping it stocked, clean, and organized.
- Attending team meetings & training to stay sharp and improve your skills.
- Following all safety procedures and ensuring compliance with local codes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for driven, customer-focused plumbers who want to build a long-term career with us. Our ideal candidate has:
✅ A journeyman or 3rd/4th year plumber.
✅ Ability to work on furnaces and A/C is in an asset.
✅ Great communication & sales skills – ability to explain issues & recommend solutions.

✅ A strong work ethic – reliability, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
✅ A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
✅ The ability to work independently & problem-solve on-site.
✅ Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
- Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed (optional overtime available).
