Eastend Ottawa Property Management Company looking to add an experienced maintenance/renovation person to our team. Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, flooring, unit renovations. Successful candidate will handle daily work orders in occupied apartments and complete renovations in unoccupied units for move in. Monday to Friday with phone on call once every 6 weeks or so (phone only to call contractors). Must have basic tools. Clear criminal record. Bilingual an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
