Responsibilities
- Expert Services: Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, including gel polish, acrylics, dips, and nail art.
- Consultation: Assess client nail health and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Sensitisation: Maintain a spotless workstation and strictly adhere to health and safety sterilisation protocols for all tools and equipment.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Educate clients on aftercare and promote retail products to help them maintain their look at home.
Requirements
- Skill Set: Proven experience in nail grooming, shaping, and advanced art techniques.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and possessing excellent communication skills.
- Trend-Aware: Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, colours, and techniques.
