Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing pharmacy clients, and promoting WeSupply's extensive portfolio of products and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping healthcare businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new pharmacy accounts throughout Ontario.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular in-person visits and virtual meetings with pharmacy owners and managers.
- Present WeSupply's products, promotions, and value-added services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience within the pharmacy, healthcare, medical, or wholesale distribution industry is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of independent pharmacy operations.
- Existing relationships within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
