Position Overview
We are looking for a licensed Property Manager to support our growing portfolio in Calgary and Airdrie. This role is a hybrid of leasing and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both fieldwork and office coordination.
You will play a key role in tenant placement, day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Placement
- Respond to rental inquiries and schedule showings promptly
- Conduct property showings in Calgary and Airdrie
- Pre-screen applicants (credit, employment, references)
- Process applications and assist with tenant selection
- Prepare lease agreements and supporting documents
Administrative & Portfolio Support
- Manage tenant files and documentation within Buildium
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
- Assist with rent collection tracking and tenant communication
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate solutions
- Maintain organized digital records and reporting
Operations
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Assist with marketing listings (including online platforms and social media coordination)
- Ensure compliance with Alberta tenancy regulations
Qualifications
- Licensed Property Manager in Alberta (required)
- Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Assets:
- Experience using Buildium
- Knowledge of Calgary & Airdrie rental markets
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle (travel between properties required)
- Availability for showings, including occasional evenings and weekends
