Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various procedures, including orthodontic treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Take dental radiographs using CAD technology when required
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and medical terminology standards
- Educate patients on oral health care practices and treatment plans
Experience
- Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential
- Certification in dental assisting; on-the-job training will be provided for qualified candidates interested in expanding their skills
Pay: $18.00-$34.53 per hour
