The Product Solutions team is at the center of financial technology and innovation, and we’re looking to add a creative-minded, client-focused individual to our growing team. The Product Solutions Manager is responsible for executing the strategy for FCC’s digital products within the financial services industry. They will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive the delivery and continuous enhancement of assigned product streams, with a strong focus on user experience outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning stakeholders, and managing competing priorities to enable consistent, high-quality delivery. This role offers the opportunity to apply existing expertise while continuing to develop new capabilities, with an emphasis on continuous learning and adapting to evolving areas of product management, including emerging technologies.
Manage product backlog on assigned products in development
Collaborate across discovery and delivery to translate validated insights into prioritized backlog items that enable efficient delivery.
Act as subject matter expert for assigned FCC client facing product solutions
Work with the Manager, Product Solutions to provide product solutions representation on projects for client facing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across many disciplines, and at all levels across the organization
Ensure all initiatives are delivered with a strong focus on client outcomes
Support internal teams in enabling the education and ongoing engagement of existing users.
Collaborate with Implementation Managers on new feature implementation and implementation artifacts
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of all marketing materials
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple business units and external vendors
Ability to adapt quickly and easily to a changing working environment
Strong relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to seek discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information, explain variances and recommend a course of action for resolution
We are in search of a candidate with the following:
Minimum 5 years’ product management experience, ideally in the financial services industry
Agile Training an asset
Completion of a University Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification preferred

Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $117,000 to $140,000 based on experience and qualifications
