Sherwood Kia is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor/Writer to join one of Alberta's highest-performing Kia dealerships.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers professionally and act as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
- Provide clear estimates, timelines, and follow-up updates
- Promote maintenance services based on manufacturer recommendations
- Review completed work with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Handle warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with Kia standards
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and service records
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Kia experience is an asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical understanding
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
