Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to lead the execution of banquet food production during our peak event season. This role is responsible for preparing and overseeing high-volume plated and buffet service for events ranging from 50 to 350+ guests.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership during service, and understands the logistics of large-scale banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities
Execute banquet menus according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Lead kitchen operations during weddings, tournaments, and corporate events
Ensure plating consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
Coordinate course timing with front-of-house leadership
Supervise banquet cooks and prep staff during service
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support food cost control

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of banquet or high-volume kitchen experience
Experience with plated wedding service strongly preferred
Valid Food Handler Certification (required)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
