We are seeking a reliable Scale Attendant to join our team at a busy transfer station in Richmond.
Key Duties:
- Weigh vehicles, record data accurately, and process transactions
- Enforce all site rules, safety regulations, and environmental compliance
- Provide friendly customer service to drivers and the public
Requirements:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Able to work long daily hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable wearing full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots, etc.) at all times
- Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
Previous experience in waste, recycling, or scale operations is an asset.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
