We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Sales and Member Results Manager to join our team. This is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to manage a club with the ownership and accountability mindset. You will manage all aspects of club operations while taking a strong leadership role in driving membership growth, improving lead-to-member conversion, increasing club revenue, building relationships, creating exceptional member experiences, taking ownership of club performance and developing a club culture where members feel supported and motivated to achieve results.
The Sales and Member Results Manager is expected to be highly accountable for the performance of their club. You will actively monitor sales activity every day, follow up with prospects, identify opportunities to improve close rates, and take initiative to ensure the club is consistently moving toward its sales and revenue goals.
If you are competitive in a healthy way, enjoy being measured by results, take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do, and are looking for a role with potential for growth and advancement, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing-generated and walk-in leads to recruit new prospects while proactively creating new membership opportunities through referrals, community outreach, member engagement, and organic social media efforts.
- Take ownership of the club's lead-to-member conversion and close rate by consistently following up with prospects, identifying missed opportunities, and improving the sales process by effectively handling objections
- Conduct effective membership consultations and club tours with a strong focus on converting prospects into members.
- Monitor key sales and performance metrics and take proactive action when results are below expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership growth, sales performance, referrals, and overall club revenue.
- Take initiative to identify problems at the club, recommend solutions, and implement improvements rather than waiting for direction
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to share best practices, improve sales performance, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience by creating a welcoming, supportive, and results-focused club environment.
- Build strong relationships with members to increase retention, satisfaction, referrals, and engagement.
- Take ownership of member engagement and help ensure members are actively using the club and progressing toward their fitness goals.
- Generate organic leads maintaining an active social media presence for the club by creating and posting engaging organic content that showcases member success stories, club culture, events, and community involvement.
- Complete administrative duties, including but not limited to membership agreements, reporting, member account management, sales tracking, and general club administration.
- Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the facility and ensure the club consistently meets Anytime Fitness standards.
- Oversee coaching sessions and ensure coaching staff are creating an exceptional experience and contributing to member results and retention.
- Contribute to a positive culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values, service standards, and expectations of accountability.
