Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Government Programs Coordinator to oversee and manage various government-funded initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. This role involves coordinating program enrollement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional student management services. The Coordinator will also be responsible for student support, grad support, employment support, and maintaining detailed records to support program success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate government programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable policies and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing program information and support throughout program application process
- Conduct interviews with clients to assess needs and eligibility for various programs
- Oversee data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce, and Moodle
- Work with existing employer database and add new employers to the data base to work with supporting and ensureing employment for program graduates
- Accurately track graduates and follow up upon program completion
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate program outcomes and progress to stakeholders
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Foster effective communication within the team and with external partners
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated experience in case management, supervision, or leadership roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer operation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—capable of delivering presentations and conducting interviews
- Experience with data entry, report writing, training & development activities
- Proven ability to support the team while maintaining a focus on client service excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
