POSITION OVERVIEW
The Capture Representative is responsible to generate condition reports for auction vehicles as designated by the Territory Account Manager and/or inside sales team. You will travel to dealerships, as assigned, start vehicles and complete a detailed breakdown of condition. They will pay close attention to details when creating the condition report. This role is in support of the business development and sales team. You will interact with customers and their employees, as well as with various departments and team members within our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with territory managers and fill your weekly schedule as required.
- Visit dealerships to capture vehicle information & photos, in a timely manner.
- Build, maintain and foster customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase volume of vehicle inspections.
- Assume direct responsibility for dealer consignment inspections meeting specified targets and parameters.
- Perform all vehicle inspections in your geographic location with a major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality of information to buying customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
- Provide customer training as required for customers.
- Keep up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions and competitors and provide feedback for business strategy accordingly.
- Travel to conduct vehicle inspections at a variety of locations including dealerships, physical auctions, off site locations and consumer residences.
- Provide feedback and daily log to your manager and team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a vehicle (manual or automatic)
- Automotive experience (body, paint, or mechanical) with customer service exposure (asset)
- Strong automotive knowledge and manual dexterity
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal communication with outstanding customer service skills
- Physically able to lift, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable; travel outside assigned region as required
DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT :
In this position, the Capture Representative will be required to complete all additional tasks/duties that are assigned to them by Management.

- Base (50K Base) + Commission. On-Target Earnings of $60-80k with potential for more.
