Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our brand and recruitment services across multiple platforms.
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate projects related to talent acquisition campaigns and business outreach efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development roles.
