About the Role
D & B Exteriors LTD is looking for a skilled, reliable, and independent exterior installer who can take full ownership of soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installations, along with other exterior tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
- Install soffit, fascia, and continuous eavestrough systems to company standards
- Measure, cut, and form materials accurately (including using a 5" or 6" machine if required)
- Install downspouts, elbows, extensions, and custom components
- Complete repairs on existing exterior systems
- Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and site instructions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Assist with or independently complete other exterior tasks such as:
- Siding repairs
- Cladding
- Capping
- Metal work
- Minor framing or prep work
- Ensure all work meets Manitoba building standards and company quality expectations
Requirements
- Experience required in soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installation
- Ability to work independently and complete full jobs start to finish
- Strong understanding of exterior building components
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver’s license and to drive company truck and pull trailer.
- Own basic tools (specialty tools or equipment can be discussed)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Assets
- Experience with siding, metal cladding, or window/door capping
- Ability to run a seamless eavestrough machine
- Fall protection certification
- Experience leading a helper or small crew
