Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros, along with a strong background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings, is highly preferred. Responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha and Micros
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Mix and serve drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to all food safety and alcohol regulations
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas according to food safety standards
- Assist in catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub settings
- Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change accurately
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws and regulations
- Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- Excellent time management skills coupled with sales experience to enhance guest interactions
