We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and organized Auto Wrecking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy auto wrecking yard. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the automotive or recycling industry, and the ability to manage inventory, equipment, and staff in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the auto wrecking yard.
- Supervise and schedule yard employees.
- Organize vehicle intake, storage, and dismantling operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles and parts.
- Ensure the yard is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and movement of vehicles using heavy equipment.
- Inspect equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
- Work closely with office staff and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous auto wrecking management experience. 5 years minimum.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle dismantling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must speak fluent English.
